Classified 3 stars with 27 rooms, this Parisian hotel owned by the same independent family since the 1950s attracted the attention of a Parisian Family Office and asked Frenchospitality to take over this promising property in their name and on their behalf to take care of operational management.<\/p>\n Our mission was the following : take over the property and maximize performance without any investment until the complete renovation of the property at the end of 2024.<\/p>\n Frenchospitality has fulfilled its mission and even surpassed the owner’s expectations, since in less than a year and thanks to our tools and methodology, we have managed to double the turnover of this establishment.<\/p>\n Pending the complete renovation, the Nouvel Hotel Paris is a convincing example of the success that Frenchospitality can bring to its trusted partners.
