Adrien Andrades.
CEO & Co-founder
Adrien grew up in the Pyrenees in a family of hotel and restaurant entrepreneurs. A graduate of the “Toulouse Business School”, he began his career within the sales department of Marriott International hotels before joining a project led by the Highgate Hotels group in which he actively participated in the redefinition of the positioning of the K+K Hotels group, which has 1,300 rooms spread across 10 hotels in Europe.
Conceptual and active according to a personality study, Adrien has always been driven by the desire to undertake. In 2022, he seized this opportunity by taking over the management of the company “Skeypper Hospitality” which he will transform by joining forces with Mathieu Weiss from 2023, to co-found: “Frenchospitality”, of which he now assumes the role of CEO.
“Fun fact:
As the father of 2 children, you’ll regularly come across Adrien in his bathing suit on the beach at Socoa in the Basque Country, or on his cross-country skis hurtling down the slopes of the Tourmalet-Pic du Midi!
Mathieu Weiss.
COO & Co-founder
Meet Mathieu, a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and a diverse journey in the industry. Mathieu pursued an MBA at ESSEC business school.
Having worked extensively in hotel operations, Mathieu has navigated both the intricacies of big hotel chains, such as Accor and HIghgate, and the charm of smaller independent hotels, predominantly in the heart of Paris. With roles ranging from Assistant GM to General Manager, Mathieu has overseen establishments with varying scales, from intimate 54-room hotels to expansive 772-room accommodations.
In 2023, Mathieu co-founded Frenchospitality alongside Adrien Andrades, assuming the pivotal role of Chief Operating Officer.
Currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Mathieu spearheads the operational strategy of Frenchospitality, aiming to craft unforgettable experiences for guests.
“Fun fact”:
Away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel world, Mathieu can often be found stepping out of Hart Baggeri over the weekend, enjoying a flat white and croissant in hand, perfecting his vintage online collection called Bontemps or honing his banjo skills.
Camille Dagoneau.
Camille does not have the typical background. She studied marketing at the ESG school in Paris, where her passion for hospitality began by chance. After three years of expatriation in London, she joined citizenM and specialized in operations. In less than a year she opened three citizenM hotels and returned to Paris to manage their Flagship, the citizenM Gare de Lyon which boast 338 rooms.
According to a personality study, Camille is sociable and creative, with a sense of leadership 3.0. She excels in collaborative work to achieve excellence.
In 2024, she joined Adrien and Mathieu at Frenchospitality as Country Manager for France, adding her expertise to Mathieu’s operational strategy.
“Fun fact”: When Camille is not doing HIIT training or dancing, you will find her in the great outdoors, or on a surfboard, perfecting her beginner level.
