Le Charme – Paris 13th.

Located between Butte-aux-Cailles and Parc Montsouris, Le Charme is a 42-room, 4-star hotel. The establishment features a bar and restaurant (scheduled to open in October 2025) with Italian cuisine and a DJ-led music program. The spirit of street art is present right from the entrance, with works by Philippe Baudelocque in the lobby, and a huge graph adorning the hotel’s exterior gable. The interior design was entrusted to Régis, from the Janréji studio, who created a contemporary and convivial atmosphere. Le Charme also provides secure lockers for the convenience of its loyal customers.

Originally conceived as a youth hostel, Le Charme has been transformed into a true Parisian hotel inspired by French art de vivre, enriched by a contemporary, festive atmosphere. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Butte-aux-Cailles district, known for its village spirit, lively terraces and art scene, the hotel blends seamlessly into its surroundings. It combines simple elegance, cultural dynamism and openness to the neighborhood, offering travelers and Parisians alike a warm and vibrant place to stay and meet.
