Our success
story.
The Nouvel Hotel was an independent and family establishment located in Paris 12th. Classified 3 stars with 27 rooms, this Parisian hotel owned by the same independent family since the 1950s attracted the attention of a Parisian Family Office and asked Frenchospitality to take over this promising property in their name and on their behalf to take care of operational management.
Our mission was the following : take over the property and maximize performance without any investment until the complete renovation of the property at the end of 2024.
Frenchospitality has fulfilled its mission and even surpassed the owner’s expectations, since in less than a year and thanks to our tools and methodology, we have managed to double the turnover of this establishment.
Pending the complete renovation, the Nouvel Hotel Paris is a convincing example of the success that Frenchospitality can bring to its trusted partners. We look forward to continuing this adventure and participating in the transformation of this amazing asset.
